Dr. Brown believes connecting with ourselves in relation to nature is an integral part of healing our wounds and traumas. She weaves a theme of nature and the cycles of the seasons into her meditation practice and facilitation, as a certified Yoga Nidra instructor. She is excited to be on a path of study and healing bringing humans and horses together utilizing Equine Assisted Learning and Coaching through the Academy of Coaching With Horses and Trauma Informed Equine Assisted Learning through Natural Lifemanship.
For Dr. Brown, moving toward balance is a lifelong process! It is exciting to think we can continuously learn and grow, becoming more present in our bodies and conscious of the world around us. Dr. Brown has spent years teaching patients and massage students how to increase their awareness of themselves and how they can safely touch the world through other people and animals.
