Cheri D. Brown, DC, LPAc.

Founder & Holistic Bodywork Practitioner

Cheri D. Brown, DC is dedicated to providing the tools for her patients to learn to heal themselves. She treats each patient and case individually, spending time with each patient to talk about all aspect’s of health. Looking at the overall view of her patient’s wellness, such as stress, digestion, sleep patterns, physical symptoms, and mental and emotional health, leads to a better understanding of the root of the problem and helps her to create, together with her patient, a unique approach to wellness and balance. 

Dr. Brown has a Bachelors degree in massage therapy and has been practicing massage since 1996. She received her doctorate in chiropractic medicine in 2008 from Western States Chiropractic College. She holds chiropractic licenses in Indiana and Oregon. Dr. Brown continued with her post-doctorate education at National University of Health Sciences studying functional rehabilitation, and the International Academy of Chiropractic Acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. She has training in BodyTalk, through the International BodyTalk Association, CranioSacral training through the Upledger Institute and is a Wholistic Manual Medicine Practitioner through the Academy of Wholistic Manual Medicine.

For Dr. Brown, moving toward balance is a life long process!  It is exciting to think we can continuously learn and change to become more aware of ourselves and become more aware of what is around us.  Dr. Brown has spent years teaching patients and massage students how to increase their awareness of themselves and how they can safely touch the world through other people.  Her passion is to educate individuals about health, wellness and decreasing stress on themselves, others and the planet in a safe, supportive environment.

Cory Harkins, DC

Chiropractic Physician

Cory Harkins, DC was born in Minnesota and raised in Indiana. He obtained degrees from Purdue University in biology and chemistry before earning a doctorate in chiropractic from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland Oregon. While in school Dr. Harkins focused on sports medicine and pediatrics.

He has treated college and professional athletes who played for teams such as the Atlanta Falcons and Duke Blue Devils. He has worked national triathlon competitions, soccer matches and MMA events. His practice also includes caring for children and expecting mothers. Dr. Harkins believes, and knows, this group can benefit from chiropractic more than any other. He has worked on mothers who suffer from various pregnancy related conditions and children as young as one week old.

While not practicing chiropractic, Dr. Harkins enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsay and children, Harper, Stella, and Graham, golfing, jogging, and working out, training at Krav Maga, traveling, backpacking and being a disciple at Journey Lutheran Ministries.

Steven J Seele, DC, L.Ac.

Chiropractic Physician / Licensed Professional Acupuncturist

Steven J. Seele, DC and L.Ac. is a chiropractor and medical-acupuncturist dedicated to helping those in pain lead normal, active, and healthy lives. He graduated Magna Cum Laude receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He served his externship at the Palmer Clinics in Davenport while also working as a Clinical Teaching Assistant. He has received training in multiple adjusting techniques and therapies such as Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Activator, and Cox-Flexion/Distraction. He is committed to providing thorough, gentle and effective chiropractic care for the whole family. In addition to his work as a chiropractor, Dr. Seele is also a licensed Acupuncturist. He received his training from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture.

Dr. Seele is passionate about serving others. While in clinical training at Palmer College, Dr. Seele traveled to Nepal to bring chiropractic care to the under-resourced. Born and raised in Delphi, Indiana, Dr. Seele has been a resident of Howard County since 1984 and has served our community in the funeral industry and as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff for the Howard County Sheriff’s Department for many years. Since 2017, Dr. Seele has served as the Howard County Coroner.

On his down time, you’ll find Dr. Seele enjoying time at the lake, camping, or traveling on his motorcycle.

Kim Smith, MA, CADAC II

Counselor-Behavioral Health / Meditation Teacher

Kim Smith began his journey into meditation 2 years ago to help with his own stress and anxiety.  He has since become a passionate advocate for mindfulness as an extremely effective means for improving health and well-being. He has served as a Counselor in Behavioral Health for 17 years. He has an MA in Community Agency Counseling and a B.A. in Psychology from Siena Heights University. He is a level 2, iRest Meditation Teacher in Training.

His classes emphasize safety and self-honoring as he guides students to build resilience and strengthen their mindfulness skills.

Kim is deeply grateful for the healing he has experienced through the practice of meditation. He enjoys encouraging others to live with greater compassion toward themselves and others through the practice of mindfulness.


Stacy Lynch, LMT, RMT

Bodyworker & Practitioner

Stacy Lynch is a bodyworker and practitioner with a decade of experience supporting and intuitively connecting with clients. She creates a safe and supportive space for each to explore and connect to their deepest inner self and identify health goals. Stacy personalizes each wholistic session, intermingling multiple therapies as a dynamic and integrative approach to balance, wellness and vitality of body, mind and spirit.

A graduate of the Carmel School of Massage and Healing Arts, Stacy is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) through the national Federation of State Massage Therapy Board (FSMTB) and a member of the American Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). As a certified Third-Degree Master Teacher of Reiki Shiki Ryoho (RMT) and member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP), Stacy specializes in Chakra clearing, balancing and empowering clients to restore and amplify energy movement with breath work, visualization and the use of natural crystals and aromatherapy.

Stacy continues her Craniosacral Therapy training with Upledger Institute and is a Medallion Member of The International Association of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP). Additionally, she is a Student Member of the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International (SOBI), exploring the principles and techniques of this gentle, non-invasive, osteopathically-based form of body therapy, and pursuing her Associate Practitioner Membership.

Stacy is a Food Over Medicine Certified Instructor, specializing in Diet and Lifestyle thru Wellness Forum Health Institute. She is the founder of Apogee Living, supporting clients as a health advocate and educator. Among her services, she offers plant-based nutrition workshops teaching clients and the community about practical, impactful food choices that foster responsibility for enhancing and maintaining optimal health and global sustainability.

Beyond advocacy, practice and education, Stacy enjoys traveling with her life-partner, Nicholas, spending precious time with family and friends, and remembering her female essence of being “wise, wild and free” thru movement and Qoya dance.

New patient chiropractic appointments last between 30-45 minutes depending on practitioner and patient need and follow-up appointments are between 15-30 minutes on average.

New patient acupuncture appointments last from 60-90 minutes and follow-up appointments are about 45-60 minutes.
